Fletcher- Stella Anderson entered into eternal on rest Friday, January 8th 2010 with her family by her side.

A native of the Old Fort, she was the daughter of the late Dewey and Helen Brown and was predeceased by her husband Charles Anderson and a sister Anita Brown Fox. Stella worked in local factories until taking an early retirement. She was a member of Oakley Freewill Baptist Church.

Stella is survived by daughters, Gloria Ball and husband, Creed Ball Jr, Kay Ramsey, and husband, Gene Ramsey, and Helen Millsaps, a son, Chuck Anderson, and wife, Phyllis, sister Lucille Parker, brothers, Rev. Cecil Brown, Harold Brown and Dan Brown, Grandchildren Donna Pearson (Kenneth), Bernie Ball (Denise), Marty Morgan, Letha Roberts, Gene Morgan, Christy Willitts (Sean), Carla Millsaps, and Shelby Anderson, great-grandchildren Shandi Howard (Rev.Josh Howard), Randy Pearson, Jazmin Phillips, Sabrina Ball, Tiffany Ball, Casey McMinn, Brandon Wilson, Katrina Duffin, Ashley Duffin, Lucas Duffin, Kaylee Roberts, Alan Roberts, Caysey Roberts, Thomas Webber, Aidan Willitts, Colin Willitts, Brendan Millsaps, Nicholas Anderson, Zachariah Anderson, great-great-grandchildren Austin Howard, Owen Howard, Naan Duffin, Tamarind Duffin, and Lillyona Immel.

The funeral service will at 2:00 pm .Monday in the Chapel of Brigmans Funeral Service in Black Mountain. Burial will follow at Mountain View Memorial Park. The Rev. Josh Howard and Bobby Robinson will conducting the services. Pallbearers will be Shelby Anderson, Nicholas Anderson, Michael Cincotta , Jay Gregory, Eugene Nesbitt, and Bernie Ball. Honorary Pallbearers are Austin Howard, Owen Howard Zachariah Anderson, and Brendan Millsaps.

The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Sunday evening at the funeral home. The entire family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support that has been given to them.
